今日は なんにもしないで休憩しています。
昨日 ふとそう思いました。
一つ大きなことが無事に終わりました。
それまでわーっと急ぎ足で
あれもこれもと やることリストはどんどん増えて...
きっと ちょっと無理してる。
いろんな事柄が 変化して
すこし 驚きながら 流れに身をまかせている日々。
「ゆっくりいきましょうね。欲張らないで。」
そんな声をかけてくれた人がいました。
その一言ではっとしました。
ありがたかった・・・・・
そんなペースになってたんだな。。。。と
気づかせてもらいました
ゆっくりと カフェオレを作って
一人 内側にはいって 想う時
静かな沈黙。
いかん いかん。心を 整えよう。
